The products sold through this website are digital products supplied by download and are not delivered on a physical medium.
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
For digital content, this right of withdrawal ends when delivery of the digital content begins, provided that you have:
- expressly agreed that delivery may begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download becomes available or begins.

If you do not provide this consent, the digital content will not be supplied immediately.
Faulty or Incorrect Downloads
The loss of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If a download is defective, incomplete, inaccessible, or you receive a different product from the one ordered, please contact us. We will first try to provide a correct and functioning replacement download.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
Duplicate or Incorrect Orders
